Preventative Service refers to charges for standard recall examination, including scaling, polishing of teeth, and fluoride treatment.

 

Basic Service refers to charges for restorations (fillings) and endodontic (root of tooth) treatment.

 

Major Service refers to charges for extensive restorations (crowns) and prosthodontic (denture / bridge) treatment.

 

Orthodontic Services refers to charges for spacers (braces) and related treatment.

 

*1 unit equivalent to 15 minutes of time.
