Manager Foundations Program 

The Samuel Manager Foundations Program aims to teach both interpersonal and technical management skills that are foundational for effective people management and development. This program is designed for Samuel’s managers and supervisors who have not yet completed other manager training programs. 

We invite Samuel’s people managers and supervisors who are eager to enhance their managerial and leadership skills to join our new cohort! 

The core learning will take place through weekly virtual live sessions over a period of 12 weeks.

There is a pre-work component (self-paced e-learning assignment) to be completed before attending each of the sessions. 

This approach ensures participants are well-prepared and can fully engage in the live discussions, maximizing their learning experience. 

• Self-Paced Learning: 9 sessions (approx. 6 hours, 0.5-1 hour weekly) 

• Virtual Live Sessions: 9 sessions (approx. 13 hours, 1.5 hours weekly) 

Our review committee will evaluate your application, focusing on your development goals and your motivations for wanting to join the program. We will reach out individually to those selected to help complete the sign-up process.
