Samuel Mentoring Program

We offer the Samuel Mentoring Program to support the growth and development of our team members as they prepare for their next opportunity.

Having a mentor offers numerous benefits, including increased confidence, a stronger understanding of our company culture, opportunities to expand your professional network, and access to a trusted sounding board to guide your career journey.

We are also seeking mentors, particularly those with strong listening skills, from all levels of the business. To ensure a valuable experience for both mentor and mentee, we ask that mentors have at least three years of professional work experience.

After the kickoff session, the formal time commitment for both mentors and mentees is approximately two hours per month for a period of three to six months.
