Samuel Mentoring Program

We offer Samuel Mentoring Program to develop our team members for their next opportunity. There are many benefits to having a mentor, some of which include increased self-confidence, greater awareness of company culture, opportunity to expand your network with the business and a trusted sounding board to help you navigate your career.

We are also looking for mentors, especially those with excellent listening skills from all levels of the business. In addition, we ask that mentors have at least three years of professional work experience to ensure an enriching experience for both mentor and mentee.

After the kickoff, the formal time commitment for both mentors and mentees is roughly two hours a month for a duration of three to six months.
